Nathan Fraser

I am a manual osteopathic practitioner specializing in chronic pain management and the rehabilitation of complex musculoskeletal conditions. My training spans Australia, England, the USA, and Canada, applying international manual therapy techniques to optimize joint function, soft tissue quality, and movement efficiency. I integrate hands-on treatment with evidence-based exercise to help patients recover, perform better, and maintain long-term physical health. My treatments range from light pressure techniques to deep tissue release and joint mobilizations. Treatment plans may include exercise programming, ergonomic guidance, and patient education to support long-term recovery and resilience.
I am currently a registered osteopath with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA). I have previously worked as a structural engineer, and I apply these same principles to the human body. I am passionate about promoting healthy aging and natural health for the general public.
